The final day arrived too soon and it was time to start the trek back to Berlin.

First port of call was the main airport in Poznan. The Lim that was preserved here has gone.

We'd decided to give a Krzesziny another bash as we wanted some F-16s. On our arrival a wave was departing but due to the sun were unreadable. If we waited for their return it would mean missing bits on the route back....we waited.

Yet another marvellous museum there. 

Time to head back to Berlin for the flight home. One last GA stop was made where the man at the gliding area opened up the hangars. The rest of the drome was gated and we didn't really have time to explore further.

The chariot home was G-EZUR. Nothing worthy noted on arrival at Gatwick.

Another successful trip to Eastern Europe done. I'm sure there will be a few more to come as it is a fantastic destination with some great museums, friendly dromes and lots of preserved MiGs and Sukhois dotted about.
