A couple of preserved MiG-21s were on the way to the first GA field today. The first was in a graveyard! Where else would a MiG go at the end of its life?

Kielce was all locked up bar the EC135. Luckily the Gent walking his dog had keys for one hangar and happily opened it for us. The larger one was closed with no key holder on site. Still, one is better than none and a good excuse to come back as it apparently had some AN-2s inside.

On to the main drome at Mielec where things had changed, for the worse, since Darren's last visit two years ago. The PZL area housing the hoardes of stored AN-2s and Dromaders is gated with access denied. Some were read from the far side but not what I had been looking forward to.
