Poland - 20th - 24th November 2014 Day 5

The last day had arrived and it was off via a pit stop at the nearest garage for what had become the standard brekkie - coffee and hot dog/kilbasa sausage.

It was still too early for Zamosc to be open but one micro was seen through a gap.

It was too late and dark for Minsk Mazowieki so we headed for the Warsaw Acedemia Obrony which should have at least 4-5 aircraft by now. We didn't hunt around too much, as we'll be back again, and only noted the one.

After just over 1800km it was back to where we started, Modlin. Nothing had changed here where the same G150 was again all that graced the ramp until the RYR arrived. A bit of time to kill was spent over a bite to eat and a beer whilst reflecting on a great few days away. Not a lot quantity wise, but this trip was all about the quality and there was plenty of that.

As we boarded EI-EVX for our flight home the real Polish weather turned up, snow and ice. We had it a bit cold for four and a bit days but luckily nothing like that.

After a delay for de-icing we left for the two hour or so flight back to Stansted where a quick look at the biz area was in order.
